Here’s the breakdown:
Food – Make a pot of your favorite soup, or toss together a salad or dessert! NOTE: Contributing to the pot luck is optional. You do not have to bring food for the potluck, and you can
choose whether to enter your dish in the competition.
Cake Walk – You can sign up to bring small cakes or plates of six cupcakes for the cake walk.
Tickets will be sold for the cake walk.
Raffle Prizes – If you want to donate a raffle prize, your generosity is appreciated! Tickets will be
sold for raffle prizes.
Bingo Prizes – There will be many rounds of BINGO and random prizes will also be awarded
throughout the evening! Your donated bingo prizes are also very much appreciated.
Cost of the event:
Admission – $10 per person or $30 per family, which includes the SOUP-er supper and a bingo card for each participant. Additional bingo cards can be purchased for $5 each.
Raffle tickets – $1 each
Cake walk – $1 each
Proceeds from the event will go toward renovating the LYO meeting room and updated equipment for youth activities, along with evangelism projects and events that we host at Maple Sheyenne and in the community.
